I am going to take three days and deal with one topic, “Sales on social media”. Now there are hundreds of social media websites. Once you get the hang of doing two or three of them you pretty much can do them all. So I am going to help you with understanding some real basic stuff.
However, I will not be dealing with Amazon at all. The reason is that Amazon changes things all the time, and because I have a special course just for them coming out later this year that is a paid course.
Today the 15th topic is eBay
There are now a few sites just like eBay on the net and more coming out every day. eBay is hugely popular for a reason. It works. You’ve got something to sell and there is somebody out there that wants to buy it. Take a walk through your house. Go through the garage, the attic, and the basement. If you are a “normal” American, you hang on to stuff for the eternal “just in case I might need it someday.” We end up with lots of stuff that we never use.
The beauty of eBay is how easy it is and how easy it is for you to get paid. Set up a PayPal account (it’s quick and easy and doesn’t require any technical know how), and the payments you receive are deposited right into your PayPal account. You don’t have to deal with credit cards or worrying if the buyer’s check is going to bounce. You just sit back and watch the balance in your account go up,up,up.
